Project background and customer needs

An aerospace precision machinery manufacturing company faces the following problems:

1. The characteristics of the parts and components supporting business require high production efficiency,

reliable quality, and timely delivery, which indirectly requires reliable operation of production equipment and

automated control of the production process;

2. Currently, production process data collection and equipment monitoring rely on manual processing,

which is prone to errors, omissions or losses, and poses a high risk;

3. Lack of automatic real-time monitoring of equipment, lack of systematic platform business support,

and inability to perform functions such as OEE automatic real-time analysis, automatic alarming, and real-time visualization;

4. Historical data related to the manufacturing process cannot be saved (such as work order records, part codes,

processing data, inspection data, etc.), which is not conducive to the analysis, improvement and control of production

 operations and process procedures, and also increases the risk of equipment damage. .

solution

1. Construction goals

①Integrate current advanced robot technology, AGV technology, CNC technology,

PLC technology, RFID technology, three-dimensional warehouse technology, etc.;

② Adopt modular design to meet the flexibility and adaptability requirements of

advanced manufacturing lines and enable innovative combinations.

2. Network architecture
