Background of the project
A food company in Anhui plans to build a corporate green production line, aiming to achieve the goals of energy conservation,
consumption reduction, and pollution reduction, covering all aspects of raw materials, production, packaging, and sales.
In order to achieve the goal of green production, the company plans to establish a green platform for comprehensive production processes
in workshops and factories, integrating ERP, MES, DNC, PLM and other basic platforms to achieve green production control and achieve two-way
traceability of product life cycles. At the same time, the company will connect with the national standards department to develop and certify a
batch of green foods to meet consumers' demand for healthy foods.
In order to ensure the quality and sustainability of green production, the company also plans to establish green standards and specifications
and a green certification system.
In order to verify the feasibility of its green production line, the company selected three products:
cakes, steamed buns and soy milk as verification demonstration lines.
