Background of the project


A machinery manufacturing company in Changchun has an automatic production line consisting of two lines, A and B. 


It mainly includes: 

4 sets of loading silos (servo driven) + camera, 1 set of loading manipulator, 2 sets of loading transmission mechanisms, 

and 4 sets of trusses It consists of manipulators, 6 CNC equipment, 2 sets of blanking assemblies + laser coding, 

1 set of PLC automation master control system,4 sets of servo control cabinets, etc.



The automatic line is a fully intelligent processing production line specially designed for processing brake disc parts. 

The equipment adopts a double spindle, double tool holder and inverted car structure, and a walking robot and automatic transmission 

mechanism are used for loading and unloading.

The production line is suitable for rough machining of brake discs of φ350 and below, and the workpiece weight does not exceed 15kg. 

The clamping jaw specifications currently required to be configured are suitable for five types of parts. 

Through the smooth operation of the three rough machining equipment, the provided brake disc can be completed with OP10 rough turning of the head,

 OP20 rough turning of the large outer surface and inner hole, and OP30 semi-finished turning and flat surface drilling.

1. Realize the applicability of the production line for processing a variety of parts and products,

 and be able to automatically identify parts and automatically call the corresponding processing procedures;


2. The production line can realize automatic feeding, automatic screening, automatic positioning, automatic clamping, 

automatic processing, automatic marking and other functions;


3. The entire line speed reaches 15 seconds to complete one workpiece, 

realizing rapid logistics and production in large quantities, thus reducing costs.
