Background of the project


A digital factory in Guangzhou has 12 production lines in its workshop. 

Currently, it mainly relies on manual production statistics, production progress calculation and equipment status monitoring. 

However, the production line production information is still recorded in the form of paper documents. 

At the same time, the production line production status and the person in charge are not clear, and the data is not intuitive,

 which brings great inconvenience to the management work.


Client needs


1. It is necessary to collect status information of printing machines, SPI, placement machines, reflow ovens, AOI and other equipment;


2. Record the alarm situation of the placement machine;


3. Set up a manual inspection table;


4. The electronic signage can display the following data information:

① Current production work orders and work orders to be produced;

②The person in charge of the production line;

③Hourly output bar chart;

④Work order target production, cumulative production and batch number;

⑤Shift production statistics;

⑥Achievement rate and defective rate;

⑦Equipment status information.


5. Realize digital management of SMT workshops, such as:

①Benefit analysis;

② Processing efficiency analysis;

③Performance analysis;

④ Work order management (excluding process management such as production scheduling);

⑤Report management function;

⑥Program plan management;

⑦ Calculation of utilization rate.


6. Equipped with intelligent warehouse management system:

①Accurate the type and quantity of raw materials entering and leaving the warehouse;

②Accurate location inventory management;

③Accurate the age and quantity of goods to improve warehouse operation levels;

④ Streamline warehouse management personnel;

⑤Add automatic dispensing machine.
