Background of the project


For a CNC technology company, the automatic line layout covers an area of 170 square meters and has a total height of 3.5 meters. 

It is mainly composed of 1 set of loading assembly, 1 set of unloading assembly, 1 set of seven-axis robot, 

8 MT80 vertical machining centers, 1 set of PLC automated main hole system, 1 set of production line digital system, etc.

After the robot grabs the blank, it is clamped onto eight MT80 vertical machining center equipment by scanning the code. 

These equipments have automatic switching functions and can successfully complete the front milling tasks of the upper 

and lower molds of various types of molds provided, including rough milling of the cavity, inlet and outlet cavity, mold core, 

drilling and tapping of mold clamping screw holes, screw mounting holes, and drilling of connections. Pin hole. 

The loading station manually places the blanks that meet the size requirements and have barcode identification on the loading table. 

After the automatic line completes processing, the workpieces on the unloading table are manually removed.
